This study investigates the impact of service quality on satisfaction and loyalty RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba inpatients. Quantitative causal studies are included in this type research. The population consisted 14,501 inpatients at Hospital. However, only 150 samples were used because quantity met minimum number required for SEM model testing. Primary data sources study. collected will be subjected to a series tests, including descriptive analysis, test consisting (validity reliability tests), classical assumption normality an outlier’s test, analysis conducted with AMOS program hypothesis. According findings study, has direct significant At Hospital, positive indirect effect commitment Hospital is positively immediately affected by their level satisfaction.
